Aluminum composite panel is a kind of panel which is combined aluminum board and plastic board together with special treatment and bond under.
 
Performance: Light weigth,good rigidity, colorful, decorative, high flatness of surface,long use-life, easy processing,excellent fireproofing characteristic,low cost, good harmony with environment, widely used etc.
 
Type:

It could be 3 types on the bases of function:
1. Fireproofing panel: mixed fire-retardent interlayer
2. Antibacterial and anti-mould aluminum composite panel:
   Coating the Antibacterial and anti-mould dope on the panel, make it gain the function of bacteriostatic and sterilization
3.Anti-static Aluminum composite panel: coating anti-static dope on the panel. To compare with common ones, the surface resistance rate is below 10, it's less then common ones.Thus, it hard to have static exsit, not easy for dust attaching.

It could be 3 types on the bases of useage:

1.Panels for Screenwall of building: aluminum layer thickness is not less than 0.50mm,total thickness should not be less than  4mm. Aluminum material should be complied the request of GB/T3880 standard. Normally use 3000 and 5000 etc series of alumimum alloy board. Coating should be fluorocarbon resin
2.Panel for outter wall Adalumimum layer thickness should be 0.20mm and should be stainless aluminum,total thickness should not less than 4mm. Normally coating will befluorocarbon resin or polyester.
3.Panel for interior decoration: aluminum lay thickness normally should be 0.20mm, could not be less than 0.10mm, total thickness is 3mm, coating should be polyester or crylic acid.
